The TPS reading really has no impact for what you are doing. 80% will be just fine. In speed/density mode, the only things the TPS is used for are acceleration enrichment fuel and for determining the threshold where the ECU considers the engine to be idling.
The only number you really need to shoot for with the TPS is to have it read 80% or higher at WOT. If the TPS reads 80 or higher during engine cranking, the ECU will enter "clear flood mode." This fires the spark but not the injectors.
