Also, it sits way too high on the stock bracket. The top of the spark plug wires touches the hood liner.

Other than moving the module somewhere else, any suggestions?

Mine sits on the top of the stock bracket with no fitment issues.

That being said, I’m running the D599a truck coil.

Can always DM Bob here & see what he says.

no problem with that I had my on the finder thinking I would have to go in and adjust, never did.
There a harness you can get to remote place.
