Track Rental Central PA

We are renting Beaver Springs this friday September 30th, many Corvettes, but at least 5 Turbo Buicks so far, and one SC Regal.. Anyone is welcome. There is no limit. The time 10-4 and the price is $60. You are welcome to stay for Friday night street racing at 6:00 pm too is you would like.
Let me know if anyone is interested....

Thats a bummer....

We had a blast, 27 cars showed up, about 10 Turbo Buicks and GN's.
The the fastest Buick ran mid 10's, slowest mid 13's.
It was mostly Vettes and Buicks with a couple of Mustangs and Camaros.
we even stayed for street racing at night, one guy made 36 passes
It was a great time. We'll be doing it again....

I'll have to remember to keep checking this part of the forum. I should have my car up and running again by next weekend and I am hoping to hit Beaver Springs before they close for the year to see what she does. Plus I also want to get into the 100 mph club! I will be at the next one for sure! There isn't many Buick events here in the Central area and it would be cool if we can get some more together. At one time I was trying to get an event going in this area but I had a hard time getting people interested. With two tracks close by and Knobel's, There is a lot to do...

HEY LET me know when you are going to beaversprings.i will try to meet you there,i live in bradford co. i'll be at beaver oct 22 for the test n tune and swap meet.i go to beaver about 6 times a year.
i am trying to get my boost controller working .

i'am trying to beat my best time to date. i had problems with boost controllers but i think i have them fixed.

I was hoping to make this weekend but things aren't looking to good for me. I had everything ready to go but the turbo I stuck on had a blown oil seal. I have another turbo ready to on it but I am not to sure if I will be ready for Saturday. The weather ain't looking to good either but I am still going to try...

i know they still have a couple test n tunes on there site

what size turbo are you running? i have a stock one if you need to borrow it ..

lol... Well I am almost ready but with the rain kills any hope... Really crappy when you get the car done and ready but can't drive it. I am going to shoot for next week as well. I just stuck on a te-44 and mease intercooler so I am anxious to see what she does. I need to get the car inspected yet but I need to get a catalytic convertor on there so it will pass...

i have a hollow cat with a 3 inch nose welded on to match a 3" down pipe.
if you need to borrow it to pass inspection let me know.
i will be at beaver on sat for the test n tune.

I appreciate the offer Mike. I welded a reducer on to the end of my down pipe to match the test pipe which is 2.5 . I checked around the local yards here to see if I could find one with the flange but no luck. I need to contact Jim (vsix) about the ones he has and see If I can get one by friday. I drive truck during the week so the only time I have to get this darn thing inspected is next Friday afternoon or Saturday morning... Hate inspections...

Hi Mike... I am going to try. I am getting the car inspected at 7:30 in the morning then I have to rip off the cat and put back my thdp and test pipe back on. This is the last chance for me to go since I'll be gone next weekend. I shoot another post on here tomorrow morning after I get back...
