Tranny noise only when selector is in 2

With my GN idling and my foot on the brake there is a noticeable growl that comes from the transmission only when the shifter is in the 2 position. Any other gear position and it goes away. When the tranny was stock it didn't do it. The only mods are CK shift kit and servo. Any ideas?

i have the same problem but the noise is a clicking noise just when i first put it in second gear. then it goes away when i put it in there for a couple minutes

probably pump noise/buzz from the boost valve. 2nd has higher pressure than 3 4 N P. 1 2 rev should be close on the guage.
