Tranny Problems,I thinks IT's Done!

Two weeks ago at the track it was shifting at low rpms and this weekI think it blew.Earlier in the day, I was changing the tranny filter and fluid .When I took the tranny pan off,I noticed one wire hanging down and another was connected .Not being familure with transmission ,I replace the wire where it looked like it went and replaced the pan and fluid .I have the precission 5 disk 3200 stall lock up and a deep pan so it took around 10 ltrs of fluid.Took the car around the block to get the gears to change and bang.It felt like the rear end blew.I hit the brakes .The engine whinned and when I gave some gas the rpm would rise but the car would hardly move.Iwould have to rev the car to get it to move and when it is in drive it sounds like something is spinning. .I only have reverse.
Any idea?

Hey Mike,
Sounds like you snapped the forward drum shaft, or forward drum bearing failure.
Tim A (Kwikr1) just went through this. He could tell you exactly what went wrong, and what it took to fix it.

I thought it might be the T.C.I will have it looked t on Tuesday and order the billet parts(good stuff).

if you broke the fwd drum or input shaft the car wont move at all. it sounds like a pump failure.better pull it down and take a look before it eats itself up
