Tranny Probs. Lockup ???

I was reading on a thread that i searched, and the guy had a thumbwheel chip. That is the same chip i have, and i noticed that it said 1-3 no lock up, and 4-7 was forced lockup. Is this true pertaining to the TC lockup in your transmission? B/c i just got my car back from the transmission shop (rebuild) it is now not wanting to shift into second under half throttle.

Is your TV cable adjusted properly?

Thanks for the reply,
I am not sure what the TV cable is suppose to be set on, but I changed my chip settings and it shifted alot better. I swapped the chip out with my thrasher chip.
Let me know what you guys think about my situation.
