Tranny shift question

Can anyone tell me the suggested speed/rpm shift sequence for a stock rebuilt tranny with a stock converter. .I'm adjusting the TV cable at this time and I just want to get the shift points down. My speedo cable needs needs to be replaced as well..Any tips would be greatly appreciated..Thanks

The shift points are dependent on the transmission's calibration. I think we see the BR calibration most often in the Grand National and T-type. The information below pertains to the BR calibration. This is from the factory service manual.

Minimum throttle
1-2: 11 mph
2-3: 22 mph
3-4: 43 mph

I'm sure you know the TV cable adjustment is critical.
