ok went to the track today and tried out the t brake,
i couldnt get more then 5 psi and that was floored.
Any ideas as to why??
my boost was set at 18 psi and fuel was 44.
 
Real tight converter most likely, or to rich.

I'm not sure what your implying so I'll just say that I launch w/ 15psi with my D5 just by foot braking.
One thing that I noticed was that I could not just mash the throttle and have the boost rise that high due to it loading up. I need to feather it to no more than 1/4-1/3 throttle then hold it there until the boost got over 7-8psi then I can lay into the throttle faster. You may want to try this but obviously it's not a very quick way to launch the car.

i have .... pte53 55lb inj dual intake pump reds 93 & 107 chip
3" dp 9.5 vig lock up 3500 stall, plugs were ac 42 gapped at 32.

i had this problem with both chips
 
that 107 chip is a great chip to run, but if your using that chip and the t-brake the car will load up as Dave described earlier-

change your 02 sensor, and plugs-
and take kevins advice and ease into the throttle until the boost rises and hopefully your boost will be higher than 5 psi-

i know on my limited, i cant just floor the car cause the injectors are static at any time the car goes WOT-
this could be your problem at the starting line, your flooring the car, and its soo rich, the car will not boost up--

You might be right about that.My 3200 stall doesnt even come up fast on my trans brake it builds the boost slowly.The foot brake is probably better anyway as it preloads the suspension and doesnt shock the tires so much.But then again my best 60' and best et came from transbrake launches.The best 60' was 1.91 not that good.
