trans ? but ignored on trans tech brd....

this may be a stupid question but my shift indicator shows 4 "in gear" positions...OD-->D-->2-->1 yet I can only select three of them....there is no indicator as to which one I am using either I just guess. I know with my 700R4 in my f-body i could select 1-OD but on this it won't go into 1? My lock thing is busted too maybe that is the problem (i can shift without pressing in the button, it just moves back and forth)

any ideas or is this normal?

i think they didnt answer my question b/c i'm one of them hotair guys....damn discrimination...or maybe its just such a stupid question and all they can do is laugh
