Trans Code help

[OneQuikV6]

Anyone ever seen an "A" code 2004R? I pulled the weak, slipping trans out today to replace it with a low mileage BRF and the tag had 2 "A's" on it, 1 to the left, and the other to the right. Just curious as to where it came from.
