Trans fluid capacity and filter ?

What is the total capacity of fluid for our 200 Rs? I'm going back in with a 10 in. PTC converter, from what I can come up with 12 quarts seems right. Am I pretty close? Also, what is the popular choice of filter/ pan gasket sets? I know I want to go with a rubber gasket this time around. Thanks guys!

Yes that is close I installed my transmission yesterday with a 12" converter I would put 10 quarts in then check and add as needed
