Trans for street stage2 block

I am wondering if i should use a turo 400 or powerglide trans with my stage2 combo?Any one have any ideas.

If you are going to drive it on the street go with the 400.

if you want overdrive click the gmaod hybrid linl on my website.the 2004r has too much gear for engines making over 600 ftlbs with a 10 inch tire and minimal suspension work ,and its no mystery that bringing the ratios closer together makes the car go faster.see url below.otherwise you will need a 400 as the glide dont have enough gearin it for street usage.
