Trans sticks in gear?

I have a 85 GN with the stock 200r4 Trans in it. After I got done tweaking the Idle air control screw on the back of the throttle body and TPS it seems to be sticking in gears when coming to a stop. Sometimes it seems like I am in second gear when not moving. Would the changes that I made have anything to do with this problem or do I have a actual transmission problem?

They are not related.

Sounds like a TCC Solenoid is sticking in the trans, and it's mearly coincidence that it happened after making those changes.
