i think my maf is bad will a translator and lsi maf work on a 84/85 ecm thanks

come on guys i know someone knows what im am asking and i realy need to know. Ive got the money for the translater and maf but not the whole ecm swap thanks.

And the track is open really looking forward to runnig .

I am not sure if it would work, if i were to guess, i would guess not. Fire an emial off to their tech service or give them a call, they will be able to tell ya right off bat.

Also, you should be able to hit a junkyard and get an 86/87 ECM for 30 bucks or so, while you are there get a MAT sensor (they fit well in your pockt, and i think thats about all you need.

No - you need to change the ecm to the 86/87 style.
