Transmission rebuild Q´s

I´ve just bought my TTA, and the transmission needs a rebuild. Is this a special TH200 in our cars?

Also, what the difference between the TH200, 200C and the 200-R4?

I ordered parts from http://www.bulkparts.com for my TH700 in my old GTA-88. Any other places to buy from?
