I have a few TV cables and I'm not sure if I have one for a TR. The ones I think are the right ones are 42-43" long. Are these the right ones for GNs?

tv cable

If that isn't the exact length it's damn close I had a hell of a time finding a replacement that wasn't a universal one. the one on my car was approximately 40" but I was trying to hold it and measure by my self in a hurry before the parts store closed i know anything less then 36" sure seemed to tight to me.

Hi John,
Today I received my TV cable from GBodyParts and match it from my old one and as GBodyParts description is right on target. I pull and extent the inner cable and then measure the TV cable from the edge of tranny entrance, to the end of the cable which connects to the throttle is 42-1/2" long. My old one wasn't damage, but it also did not move freely as the new one. Now I can finally install the tranny I received from you.

Thanks guys. I know I have TR tv cables, but I had others too. I didn't know which was which. Believe it or not, I kind of compared this 42"er to the photo on Brian's site, and thought, that had to be it. Looped it similarly, and it appeared the same, so I installed it. Seems right. Can't drive the car yet because it's still under construction. Good luck with your trans install, Julio.
