Well, I'm presently on Tricare Prime, however in about 6 months I turn 65 and will have to go on Medicare, and this requires switching over to Tricare for Life as a medicare suppliment, and I want to know how that process works.
My dad (member here) is. He still gets upset talking about how much he had to pay for the 'free' medical he was promised when he joined in the early 70's.

My Mom did the Tricare for Life. It worked well for her situation. Meds came from the mail order pharmacy which wasn't too bad except for meds that needed to be changed more often. New prescripts would have to be sent for more meds (like diabeties stuff) if they got use up faster than the months supply.
