Trim question...

This is a 86 T type I recently purchased. Is this paint correct or something someone created over the years? White bumpers and grill? I know the badges are incorrect

I don't think they ever painted the bumpers and grill white. I like the spoiler on it though!! It's like my cars twin!!

Yeah and don't forget the Pontiac center caps.. I kind of figured the bumpers never came painted.. Just wanted to make sure. Not sure if they will stay white or I will find some chrome replacements.... Black wasn't a bumper color option was it? Outside of black Car of course

Bumpers are chrome. Badges are correct. (hood badges are missing as is the hood ornament). Should also have a "buick" badge and a "3.8" hood style badge on the deck lid. Hood emblems trimmed in black. Trunk is chrome with no black.

The badges have been off of it at one point because the T-badges on the fenders are too high up and too far back.

That is true. They are placed incorrectly but, they are correct in that they belong on the car.

Yes grill has TType script in lower corner.. Grill is white in color. Is that correct or should the entire grill be black?
