truck gas to diesel swap

how hard would it be to take a mid 90's fullsize truck and convert it from gas to turbo diesel?

Not bad, my dads boss has done a couple cummins conversions. A 73 ford 1 ton with an un-intercooled (hot-air?) motor and a 9? Ford 3/4 ton with an intercooled motor. Just buy a dodge engine tranny and ecm and your set, well except for all the fab work.

i've been thinking of swapping a cummins into my 85 ramcharger.if i do i want to get a complete(rolled?)truck and do the 3/4 ton diffs and anything else heavy duty that'll bolt up.
