That's a good one. Here's one of my favorites.

The pics are there, but the details I read were a bit different. The guy had left his bottle warmer on, but he had a pressure shut off. Bottle wasn't open, so of course the pressure shut off wouldn't work. He'd also replaced the busrt disc with a plug. That guy shoulda been K-lined for stupidity! Did a really nice job totalling his Maxima though. Oh well, darwin at work I guess.
