Trying to get IAC set right

So if you have verified all else is good it is time to swap sensors.If your counts change you have your answer. Your idle is good.

I swapped the IAC already for a new one from AutoZone. Are they crappy? LIke I should go get a new one from a different location?

When you install the aftermarket iac sensors you need to have the pintle out 1in to 1 1/4 in from the base. Did you do this? If you did it sounds like you need to turn your idle screw up a bit more. THe idle is in the chip so it is going to idle there no matter what. THe idle blade screw is used to set the iac for idle.

No I did not do that. I just put the new one in. I will try that later.

For now: project is on hold while I try to find a water leak!!
