TT Chip installed, now cuts out before shifting at WOT

Just installed my TT chip w/ 42lbs injectors, and now when the car gets to the top of gear either 1/2 or 3/4 it just cuts out. My milivolts are fine and no knock, f/p stay high but it just stops accelerating. When I let off its fine until I go WOT at the top of the gear again. tps is 4.40 at WOT. HELP PLEASE!

what chip did you change from? Check with Eric on the rev limit in that chip.

What is the RPM when it happens, and how much boost?

Well I actually figured out I was running too much fuel pressure so I dialed it back and now it shifts fine, but it seems like its constantly "fluttering" for lack of a better term and lacking power compared to stock inj/chip. On idle or acceleration it's got a steady flutter feel/sound, not smooth like my stock inj/chip was so I'm really confused now.
