Anyone know what these things are worth now? A new in the box one sold on ebay sometime ago for justa little over $1k. Whats a fair price for a well used one??

JMO,from a fellow TTA owner, $300,some other fool may have an obsession for useless toy..

well like the TTA they don't make these anymore soooooo the "market" will set the price:p

Any one have a pic of one they would like to share? Can't say as I've ever seen one.

Since my wife and I have no children I've never wanted one...yet. The day our first child is born the market value will probably jump from $500 to $5,000, lol. All of you that have them will be sitting on little gold mines!

I was told they made less than 100 of them .... I have a new one in the factory box never put together

Well, I finally saw the one being offered and it needed alot of work. The plactic body was very aged and yellowed, seat was cracked, but everything else was there minus the battery. The guy used to have a hardtop cloth TTA is why he had the cart, his son wanted to keep it at the time he sold his car. Anyway, he was wanting $350 for it so I passed. My bud has a pic of it, as soon as he sends it to me I'll post it up in case anyone is interested but it was too much for me for the amount of work it needed and the condition of the plastic.

I got one for each leg. That's about how much of me fit in them :D As Dan says more rare then hens teeth.

Mine live on the roof of my TTA most of time. Don't wanna keep the kids to far from mom. ;)

So are you trying to go green and get a new daily driver?

Yeah, I'm going Flintstones powered...I doubt the little motor could power me around except downhill...and that would be after I steel re-enforce the flimsy little frame so it doesn't break in half when I sit in it  Maybe someday but a real turbo-6 in it

So basically they are just like the real cars...you need subframe connectors before doing anything with it  .

awesome you dont see it that oldschool any more

i have not seen that type of electric pedal since i was five 1991

Rob, that is a fine rust free example ready for a rotissary restoration, lol.

I'm sure the plastic would be fixable with some JB weld and some flat plastic. The car could be painted white again but how would you ever get decals again? I suppose you could use a TTA reproduction set (for $300) and have some serious bling on there but that would exceed the value of the pedal car. Also, the good vents are decals that would be difficult to reproduce.

I agree that this is a project car - I want an origional survivor if I get one!

The TTA reproduction sets are a different size. I'm sure you could take it to a sign/decal place and they could reproduce a close match, but the plastic is dried out and brittle, so that would be hard to fix as it would easily crack I bet...like a dried out dashboard.
You'd have more $ in it quick than a nice $1000 nice original would be.
