TTA fans - Spal replacement

I have a Spal dual-fan that I bought for my GN but never installed. Can I use this in the TTA? I know the tta acts different than the GN. The GN has 1 fan that kicks into high-speed when commanded. The TTA runs one fan and then kicks in the other when commanded? Or does it run both and then kick them to higher speed?

I'm concerned the Spal fan may hook up OK but not be commanded correctly.

BTW - I'm thinking of doing this because I was going to run it before my front-mount I?C, but popular opinion seems to say nay to that idea!

not positive cause my a/c is busted, but the secondary fan should only come on when the a/c pressure switch grounds out. I'm sure someone will clarify this.
