It ultimately depends on the condition. Are you going to need to recover the leather (assuming its leather), because if its original i'm sure its fairly rough as the leather didn't age well, hows the paint, has the spoiler already been replaced. You should be able to tell alot from good quality photos, if you can't see it in person. Then theres always the issue with how does it run. Is it stock or has it been beat on. Goodluck either way.
The pics look pretty good and it appears to have the owners kit. It doesn't have the original exhaust tips though. The drivers seat looks decent from the pictures. I would say its a good buy if there aren't any mechanical issues.
Also with that high of a mileage I am assuming you are looking for a driver and not a collector car? If so as long as it runs well and you don't mind the mileage or condition of paint/interior, because after 100K miles these will show alots a wear, then I think its a good buy and you will have alots of fun and enjoy driving it. Which is what these cars are meant for.
