Looks like an "iceman" crossmember. I recently installed one in my car. Fits fine, my only issue is it's flimsy. Didn't think that would be the case with chromoly but with the car in the air you can press up on the transmission and move it an inch or so. It moves enough that the driveshaft will contact my safety loop when going over bumps.
I've done some research over on maliburacing.com and those guys have brought up the issue in the past. There consensus is that the movement doesn't seem to affect much. I'm leaving mine in for the time being.

I'm sure my Engineer/Crew chief doesn't want my trans and motor bouncing up and down. One good pot hole or missed speed bump could run your whole day.
 
same as TH400. You just use a standard poly mount... no funky offset mount needed.

Really. They said they won't have one designed until maybe next spring.

I would still like to see one up close and personal.
