What bracket is this?

Calling on the guru's; what bracket is this called, and doesn't anyone know where I could get one?
Went to install my grill today and noticed mine was removed (I don't know why but it isn't there)

Car is running, fighting a sagging to drivers side (1.25"), all new bushings went in today, I'll post up
the old bushings (really bad shape). But changing them with new rubber didn't change the sag at all.
Replacing leaking rear wheel cylinders, installing custom exhaust, and trans cooler are all that's left!!

One thing to consider, If you install a front mount intercooler at some point you'll have to remove that bracket for clearance.
