anyone interested in a set of NEW tubular umi lca's? they are powder coated black and have the greasable (zerks?) i dont have any pics of them but you can go to there website from this site and check them out.

turbo inlet bell without the provision for the valve cover thingy like stock

a-pillar guage holder, dual not the full a-pillar pod, either screw on or double sided tape to put on

i have 6 arp header studs, (just the studs, no washers or nuts) i called arp and got 6 longer ones for the tops of the headers and dont need these, you caould do the same and save some money

will post more later when i get home and think of everything else.

thx

thats the reason that i cant use them, i have an atr? thats what im told it is (its freaking huge) rear bar and they wont work with it, it bolt holes dont line up and i dont feel like making them work and i want to keep the bigger bar right now you would be 3rd in line for them so if the other two decide not to get them ill let you know.

thx

I run the UMI LCA with my ATR sway bar with no problems.

I also run the ATR bar with UMI tubular LCA's. The early LCA's just had a hole thru the tube but most have an insert in where the sway bar mounts which was added just for sure with big sway bars. The ATR should bolt right up.

wow! thats wierd, when i get home ill attach some pics of the sway bar to this post, maybe someone can tell me what kind of sway bar it is, i was told it was an atr bar. its definetly not a stock one though, the thing is thick, also the rear most hole in the stock lca bolts up to it but the second mounting bolt for the bar to the lca is at the complete other end of the lca, thats why i can use the umi lcas.

thx for the info

The UMI LCA's should have the exact same sway mounting locations as any other LCA's. I would have to go out and look at mine to see if its possible but I wonder if maybe the LCA's could be turned around backwards which would make the sway bar mounting holes offset?

Steve, they can be mounted backwards.
I know!
If there is a 50/50 chance on something, I will always do it wrong.

here are some pics of my sway bar, in the pic showing where it mounts you can see a flat piece of steel that bolts to the stock lca on the stock rear mount and at the other end of the lca like someone drilled out a hole, the sway bar is welded to that piece of steel. if anyone has any info on this bar please get back to me, it is because of these mounting points that the tubular umi lca wont work for me.

thx
