Tune-up time?

Hey guys,

I would like to thank you all the guys for a nice welcome,
really appreciate it. I have a question, where can i take my car for a good tune-up? also, what type of plugs should i be running on the car?

best place you can tune your car at is in your garage or call gerald, jackson, guy, geoff, dereck, me...pretty much everyone here is willing to lend a hand. plugs...everyone has their preference...i like autolite 24 or 25. i have yet to try the autolites cr43ts. I've tried the NGH UR4s but never liked them, I've even bought the accel (denso) brand plugs cause they were on clearance....junk. not much more to tune up other than changing your oil and filter. not like cars w/distributors where you change the cap & rotor. may wanna buy some plug wires if yours are all old, maybe original eqp. if you so much indulge yourself...change out the tranny fluids and filter.
