Took the GN out for a drive this evening temps were up about 80-85 degrees and very humid.
Power was down noticeably . Noticed o2 was showing about 740 on the scan master after a short 0-60 run. I upped the fuel in the chip 10% and did it again with no change even saw.680 on the second wot burst. But on that run I notice because I watched the scan master that the o2 dropped low when I floored it and was steadily climbing when I lifted at 60 it was 790.
I then after letting the car cool some since the water was at 200 degrees tried bringing the car up on the brakes to 0-2 psi then taking off . The low reading was 785 but the car was feeling slower after the fuel increase . So I backed it off to +5% and power seemed better and the o2 remained about the same. I had the alky turned up to 8 today and it seemed it use much more than at 6-7 I've not had any knock even set at 6-7 but it was warmer and I didn't want any either.
Wondering what the next move is or if I am better leaving it alone running about 21-22 psi now was considering tried 23-24 since it'd not having knock .

Are you just tuning with a sm? That is pretty difficult due to it being so slow but is possible....I run around on the street with a sm but it has the upgraded chip and reads much faster......look to get a logging device if you dont have one.

780mv is very safe....when I wanna run my car hard i lean it out and it picks up a ton......depending on how aggressive I wanna get I have run it in the low 7's and have had it right at the 680-700 range and the car screams but if I dip it that low I have fuel in the tank and monitor it closely. As long as you have no kr mid to high 700mv's is really no issue......all cars vary here so you just need to keep an eye on it....again tuning to the point were you are you really need a logging device.....I did tune my car to 11.5 with just a scan master and the 2.0 version which is slow as hell......I just kept an eye on it as I went down the track to make sure there was no kr....that was however on a fairly fat tune because I could not monitor what was really going on. So I had the car in the 780-810mv range.

I have since gone to a Power logger and have gone just as fast with much less boost just because I was able to get aggressive with the timing and fueling because I could really watch what the car is doing.

Imo I would buy a logging device before running anymore boost and learn how to tune and maximize your combo......I bet you can get your car to be stronger at the 19-20psi range with it tuned up than just cranking up the wick to 22-23psi as it sits now. Just as an example I ran my car with just pump gas no alky or anything...left the boost at 16-17psi....2-3psi launch the car ran 12.0 I reviewed the run on my PL it was fat I pulled a little fuel and gave it 2 degrees of timing and still left soft but at 5-6psi...the car went 11.80

So my point being is that a logging device is an incredible tool and you can make huge improvements with one and once you get to where you are you will know what the next move is to go faster.
