I have a stock super low mile GN. I am going to install a RJC 3" crossflow, 60lbs injectors and a new chip. Would it be worth it to pay $450 for a dyno tune on such a low modded car?

I would have a tt chip burnt for your new injector size amount of boost and octane first before any thing else

It's good for a base line, but could be better spent on tuning/monitoring items, ie, scan-master, power-logger, translater, maft-pro,etc. they will help teach you how to tune and monitor the vehicles condition. Giving you heads up before(majority of the time) any disaster as well as the ability to add mod's to create a good combo.

not untill you have your scanning tools and fuel picked out and ready to turn the boost up.boost makes power on these cars you need the octane at some point.alot of us use meth injection (alkycontrol)so we can make power on 93 and have it all the time.
