Turbo Advice

I'm looking at turbos for a build. I want to go mid to low 11's with with no methanol injecton. I want stable street manners with not stressing the motor with real high boost. I also do not want to do anything to the motor except for cam and champion heads. I would also like it to be stock appearing or fit under the stock cover, to keep that sleeper look.

The big bonus I have is that the owner of a local turbo shop who my father works for has offered any turbo at cost, plus shipping. What are my options?
