Turbo Conversion Question

This might sound crazy and funny to some. but my question is.. is it possible to convert a let say TA 45 or Ta 49 , and convert it to dual ball bearing???

Prestty sure the answer is no, I was going to do that on my T70, its a big shaft, and the cost did not make it worthy of doiing so vs selling the T70 and just getting a DBB. I really dont think there is room on the small shaft turbos to do it
