most of there stuff is not on there site that is in there catalog. I think I remember a turbo cover and a chromed turbo.I also rember it to be $$$$ The stuff Ive gotten has been 1st rate quality.

:( there are no turbo covers for hotair cars that I know of. There was a shield built into the hoodliner though.

I also suggested some sort of turbo shield a couple of months ago, but after some of the responces, I realized that it would probably be better NOT to have a shield....

I was told that being that the turbo was where it was...on the top of the engine...that any type of shield would keep ALL of the heat in, and literally COOK the upper engine. (i.e. the injectors, fuel rail, hoses, and plug wires...) That can't be good, as we all know that these engine HATE heat!

The best thing I heard was to plumb some sort of piping to the turbo to put air from outside on it to keep it cool, but as far as an actual shield, I think that "Buick From Hell" was in the SLOW process of making a bigger aluminum shield for the hood instead of the useless stock piece...anyway...maybe he can chime in here!!! :D

My heat shield works fine but it just isn't big enough. When I first bought the car it had a hole in the hoodliner then when I blew the turbo inlet gasket the heat that was supposed to go into the turbo went threw the whole in the hoodliner and ate away at the paint on the hood. I replaced the gasket and the hoodliner but the heat started to eat away at the new hoodliner so I riveted a piece of larger metal to the hoodliner. It doesn't look pretty it isn't even painted yet but it does the job. I'll get around to painting it this winter unless someone makes a bigger heatshield that works for these cars. If anyone knows of one let me know.

This really dosn't contain to a heat shield but I found a hood cut for the front of the hood in a TR catolog a while back that would be perfect for or cars because it would direct air right to our turbos now if I could only remember what catolog I found it in. If anyone knows please let me know because i'am interested in getting one.
