turbo/ downpipe.

Looking for these for a friend. Looking for a good upgrade over stock..something in the neighborhood of a 34-44 or 49, with adj. actuator. Also a 2 1/2" or 3" downpipe. He is on a slightly limited budget.....but for decent pieces... we can work something out. Thanks in advance!!
