i have a Limit gt70 turbo that i bought off the board with the 4 bolt .81 tangential housing. i ordered the flange from limit to start my downpipe and they had the turbo on file where it had been upgraded to a gt70. my question is should the flange match the one on the turbo? the flange on the turbo measures 3" across and the downpipe flange i have measures 3and 3/4". i wanted a 4" downpipe at the turbo and i was going to neck it down to 3 1/2" but looks like to me limit needs to start out with a 2 3/4" pipe to get the flange to match up to mine.
i am calling Limit tomorrow as this piece is not stainless but i didn't ask i assumed it would be stainless. maybe someone has been through this. looks like i will be buying another exhaust housing...thanks for any help......Bob
