Found this packed away on a shelf in my garage I remember getting it from some one but never used it. I was wondering if it's missing some thing. There's cables, a disc, a black plug adapter. Should there be some thing else or is it complete? Thanks.

It has a big disadvantage over the latest scan masters and Powerlogger since the sampling rate is much slower.
