Turbo oil leak

i have oil leaking from the bolt pictured from what I can tell it's tight but it's next to impossible to get a wrench on it. Do the threads require sealant or is this a bigger issue, what's the best way to got at it ?

Over the years the drain tube can clog with gunk. Pull the turbo and see if the drain is clear.

Drain tube was recently off no clogs there. But thanks for that tip.

I had the same leak location on my drain. If you haven't done this already. I used a sealant on both sides of the gasket and bolt threads. That was 4 years ago no leaks.
