That is a question with no answer
The "official" rating is probably somewhere around 500 cfm I would guess.
In truth, it depends on what the engine is doing, what hardware you've got, what your boost is set at, etc... It's kinda like a carb rating. The amount of air a 650 cfm carb is actually moving depends on the engine underneath it (is it a 283, a 350, a 454?), the rpm (idle, 5500?), throttle position, altitude, and on and on and on.
Same thing with turbos, the amount of air it will move will depend on a bunch of factors. If your engine isn't set up to take 500 cfm (rpm, boost level, cam, heads, IC, etc...) then bolting on a 500 cfm turbo won't magically make it take that. The flow would really be 300 cfm, 400 cfm, whatever the engine wants for the way it is set up.
