I looked for this for a few days recently, and realized that other people have probably done the same. I found a few threads with dead torrents (and a hundred people saying that they would seed forever, good job guys) and out of nowhere found it in a place that I forgot. It's an ISO, so you'll need a way to mount a disk image, but it has the option of viewing it with only Regal stuff, or the whole manual, which covers a variety of Buick vehicles from that year range. It's also 177MB, so anyone with shitty internet be warned.
Anyway, I put it on my google drive. If anyone has a better solution, let me know or just make it happen and I'll update the top post. I made it public.
