I made deal with a guy a few years back for a TO4b ( maybe "E") turbine wheel.
Today I decided to put it on ( and the matched housing; that came with it) on my spare turbo.
When I tightned the nut to the turbine shaft, for the wheel (roughly a turn over finger tight) the shaft did not spin freely anymore.
Did I get screwed on the deal? or am I just over tightening the nut?
