Could you not tap into the oil cooler adapter housing in the outlet passage and feed the turbo filtered oil? Seems to me that would work and save some bucks while eliminating all that extra hose clutter.
You could run braided line from the turbo oil feed (on the block) to a filter (like a remote setup) then to the turbo. I think someone sold a transmission filter setup that went inline that was like that.
Doh! An option not thought about. Given these two or three options, what do some of you other guys think? Inline filter, tap adapter, or stick w/ T saver?
Well, the "so-called" turbo saver and the tap will not be effective unless the by-pass features are defeated. So that would leave a in-line filter as the choice.
