Get a piece of heater hose a few feet long and put it to your ear. See if you can pinpoint the noise.

If you have some noticeable power loss I'd be looking for a broke valve spring.

I hate to say it but this sound like rod knock unless your cross over over pipe came undone somehow.

Sounds exactly like my car did the 2 times I pushed the headgasket on the #3 and #4 cylinders. I could actually see the gasket split and pushed out the side. Do a compression check

Get some scanmaster numbers and see how readings are.

Check to make sure none of your hoses have blown off.

If not its bad news.
