turbo support bracket?

my turbo support bracket that attaches to the header flange on the #2 cylinder is broken on the turbo side. is this a erious problem or can i leave it alone for now?

It's not a real serious concern,but I would get it fixed as soon as possible.Any muffler shop should be able to do it for you.Be sure to disconnect the battery when you weld it up.
