One year. In 1986 the Regals with the LC2 motors were T-Types - including the Grand Nationals. In 1986 the LC2 motor was the only motor available in a Regal T-Type. In 1987, the T-Type name was replaced with the "T" designation. As the T was available with a V8 as well as the LC2 (in 1987), the turbo motored cars were called Turbo T's.
