Turbo to exhaust flange gasket reusable?

I am reinstalling my turbo and wondering if I can reuse the metal gasket? It is the same turbo and header, so I am thinking it could be reused. Yes or no? Thanks

i dont use one at all and no leaks. just make sure the flange is flat.
