The first thing you should get is an alcohol injection kit since you have no i/c. This will allow you to run a good amount of boost over stock and really wake it up. Just tuning it will only get you 15 second 1/4 mile times at best. I had an 85 and with headers, exhaust, a chip and K&N cone filter it ran 8.7s in the 1/8. This definitely wasn't tuned so more could have been wrung out of it.
