Turbo ?

What are the chances of a turbo making through a blown motor ordeal unscathed? What are the odds of it being cleaned out and remaining unhurt?
Lost bearings the first trip and now knocking after rebuild...

SLIM, unless you had a turbo saver on it. but if you did, you wouldn't have posted this question. the best thing to do, is to check the oil in the pan. if you see metal. it's a rap. don't take a chance with it, to try and save some money. replace or send it out. that's just what i would do.
