Turbolink representative?

Gents,

Spank here.... got a question. Who is the man to talk to about the turbolink setup? I got it and I think that the data cable is bad. It will not reconize the computer in either my car or my buddies. Does anybody know who I talk to to get the cable repalced? Let me know.
