Turbonetics manual boost controller

How do you guys know if these things are even working? I clicked the lock ring down and adjusted it in either direction, relocked it and have seen 0 boost movement on the gauge. I managed to get the nut loose on the Deltagate and put about 2 full turns on it and got the boost from 17 to 16psi. I gave it another full turn and it is still at 16psi boost. Am I out of adjustment here or is something with that boost controller screwin up the adjustment at the wastegate? Im ready to just rip this whole thing off n go back to a stock downpipe - these things are insane... >.< -Ben

What's the base spring weight in the delta gate?

Im assuming whatever weight they came with new? I was told that they normally came with 9lb springs and you adjusted it up/down from there... But then shouldnt more turns down/counterclockwise take away more boost? Right now it seems like 16psi is the lowest it wants to go...
